Documentation for JoomShopping / YOOtheme Pro Integration Dynamic content: Smart search

Available only on the Smart Search pages of the Joomla core component, and also dynamically when creating a Real-Time Search template.

Smart Search Settings

1. Enable the "JoomShopping –> ... Smart Search" plugins from the finder type, where ... - stands for products, categories, or manufacturers. Select what you want to index (you can select everything).
2. Go to Components -> Smart Search -> Index and click the "Index" button. After indexing, the list should include standard elements (content, categories, contacts, etc.) and JoomShopping elements.
3. If necessary, click the "Options" button and change the Smart Search behavior parameters.
4. Go to Components -> Smart Search -> Filters and create a filter, specifying which elements you want to show in the search results by type.
5. Go to YOOtheme -> Settings -> Advanced and select "Search Filter".
6. In YOOtheme -> Layout -> Header and Mobile, select the search layout and configure it.
7. In the designer, create a page template (for example, "Live Search") and change its layout, using the dynamic content of "JoomShopping Smart search" or the basic options.
