Documentation for JoomShopping / YOOtheme Pro Integration Variables: Characteristic

Characteristic variables are available on the product page and in lists.

Enable: Configuration -> Shop functions -> Characteristics.

Additional control: Configuration -> Product -> Show characteristics (block "List products") and Hide characteristics (block "Product")

Root variables

ID id
Numeric identifier of the characteristic.

Name name
Name/title of the characteristic.

Brief description of the characteristic.

Value value
One or more values separated by a separator.

By default, the separator is a comma, but it can be changed in the file /components/com_jshopping/config/default_config.php variable multi_charactiristic_separator.
Group group_name
Group name. For product card only.

Displaying the group name only works if the characteristic is at the beginning of the group.
