This plugin allows you to create a custom form in the JoomShopping payment method settings. This is useful for situations where the payment method is simple, but additional information needs to be collected during checkout. For example, a unique code in the legal entity registry, which will be used to manually generate an invoice.
You can add fields such as:
- Text
- Number
- Checkbox
- Text field
For each field type, you can specify a name (for orientation), a title (for display on the website), the "Required" option, and add custom attributes if necessary. You can also select a template and configure it directly in the payment method admin panel. You can add your own templates to the /components/com_jshopping/payments/pm_uniform directory.
After the customer fills in the fields, all values will be displayed in the order description in the payment method section.
Installation
The "Universal Payment Form for JoomShopping" extension is installed via the Joomla installer. To pull in the settings, specify the script name or alias - pm_uniform.
